Masked Rider Den-O Axe Form is the third combination form with the imagin from Maksed Rider Den-O. It's a combination between the blank Form and Kintaro Imagin (キンタロス). Using an Axe as a weapon. It comes with a gold color armor and am axe looks a like masked.

I will give this item 8.5 out of 10. Nice paint job, details and using the same mold as Sword Form. At least this figure still as tall as the other Den O form except the liner form which is shorter than the rest. The bad part of this figure is the price. This figuarts is released as a Limited Exclusive Tamashii Web shop item therefore the price is expensive.
For those Den-O fans, I will recommend you to get this great figuarts and be sure to pre-order your Rod and Gun Form (which is announced as a Limited Exclusive Tamashii Web shop item again!). Cheers!!~
