Ankh (left with only a right arms) as separated for 800 years with the real body. After he is absorbed by Ankh (Lost), he is consciousness is fighting with another one. He regains the full control of his own body when Kamen Rider OOO Putotyrano Combo destroy 1 of the Ankh's Core medal that's contains Ankh (Lost) consciousness.

I will give this item 8.7 out of 10. I really love this figure, the paint job is absolutely perfect with a nice design. This figure comes with a very details sculpt. No die-cast for this figure. The only thing I would like to complaint only the head sculpt. I, personally don't like it so much but this is highly recommended figure! for those who wanted to collect all the greeed from Kamen Rider OOO, please don't forget to get Ankh!!! Cheers~~
