This is the ultimate form of Kamen rider Kuuga but only appear twice and both is on the movie. The Rising Ultimate Kuuga the form of kuuga where he was controlled by a princess in the movie "Kamen Rider Decade: All Riders vs. Dai-Shocker". Originally he was prepared to fight decade. After he released from the dark influence, his eyes turn into red color and fight side by side with other rider againts Dai-Shocker.
